How do I place an order?
Select your desired product, click “Add to Cart” or “Buy Now,” and complete payment at our secure checkout.
Do you have a physical store?
No, we sell exclusively online.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most English-speaking countries as well as other regions. Available shipping options will appear during checkout based on your address.
How long does delivery take?

Processing: 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery: 5 to 12 business days, depending on the destination and courier.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, and Shop Pay. In some devices, you may also pay using Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Can I pay in cash or upon delivery?
Not at the moment. All payments are processed online through the available methods.
Can I change my order or address?
We can modify or cancel an order only before it’s processed. If you need to update your address or items, please contact us as soon as possible at support@atlantic.com. Once shipped, no changes can be made.
Can I add more items to an order?
Due to logistics, we cannot add items to existing orders. Please place a new order if you wish to purchase additional items.
Where do the products come from?
We work with fulfillment centers in multiple countries (USA, Europe, and Asia). Orders are shipped from the most efficient warehouse based on your location and product availability.
I only received part of my order. Is that normal?
Yes, sometimes items are shipped separately if they come from different warehouses. You will receive tracking numbers for each shipment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You have 7 days from delivery for returns (for dissatisfaction) and 30 days for defects. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable if the correct item was delivered. To begin the process, email support@atlantic.com.
My order is delayed — what should I do?
Check your tracking status. If it has exceeded the estimated 5–12 business days, contact us and we’ll follow up with the courier.
